outreach courses

We run workshops for schools, colleges, groups and organisations: We have excellent facilities for screenprint, relief printing, monoprint, drypoint, collagraph, etching and book arts. We fit outreach workshops around our busy open access workshop. Or we can come to you: We have a pool of expert tutors and specialist equipment including; portable presses, screens and tools and can fit within your timetable. We are happy to tailor workshops especially for you. Please contact us on info@hotbedpress.org for the latest 'off the peg' workshops or for something bespoke.

Fancy something bespoke? Email us on education@hotbedpress.org to discuss your ideas

What size of group do you usually take if we bring a group to Hot Bed Press?

This all depends on what we are teaching and timing of the workshop. It is always best to run workshops with small groups for processes such as screenprint as we want students to have a hands-on experience, so maximum 8 students with one student per bed, or 16 with 2 sharing. For drypoint and collagraphs we can teach up to 16 students. But best to discuss details first with education@hotbedpress.org

Do you come out to Schools and Colleges

Yes we do! send us an email to let us know what you would like us to deliver to education@hotbedpress.org

Can you create a bespoke workshop?

We can create bespoke workshops, we have recently created workshops for groups of friends, work colleagues and promotional events, just ask education@hotbedpress.org
